Cornishpixie Atkins Induction Diary

Hey everyone, thoughts on the below. I'll be repeating the menu most days due to time and I can prep in advance.

Breakfast: 1 whey isolate protein shake made with soya milk and tbsp of double cream and two boiled eggs.

Lunch: chicken broth soup (appx 10g gram carbs)

Dinner: steamed cod with garlic butter, roasted cherry tomatoes and spinach.

I'll be doing at least 4 hours of exercise this week and replacing out the caffeine and alcohol too...

Morning pixie and welcome !

Menu looks ok but Atkins does say to try and get most of our carb allowance from salad and veg ... Good luck with this WOE :)

Evening cornishpixie - nice to find your diary:). As Di says, you should try to get 12-15g daily carbs from veggies - preferably nice leafy greens!
