Coronation Chicken Recipe ?

Has anyone got a WW friendly Coronation Chicken recipe?

I know the usual one uses mayo and cream but wondered can I do one with Creme fraiche instead??

When i did some for my JP one tea time,i used 1 cooked chix breast,about 3 tablespoons ELF mayo,curry powder and a small tin chopped apricots.NO cream.
No bad for around 6 points with a massive salad on the side.(not including the potato though...)

This was the points without the JP..
You could have a small one though as the filling was enough for 2 peeps really.
