Costs an average of about £35 a week depending on what you get

Shakes and porridge cost about £1.75 each
Bars and tetras are about £1.95 each

CDC's can charge what they like, but most charge the above price

Thanx. Ur doing pretty well. When I get home from work I need to find a consultant. Going to try the sole source plus first. Thanx again and if all goes to plan you'll be hearing from me soon. Have a lovely day.

Pop on the CD web site, you will find a counsellor fairly easily. If there are none in your area, call Head Office as sometimes they don't update the cousellor list as quickly as they could lol.

All the best on your journey. Is a great diet, if not a little hard sometimes.
