I started 2 weeks ago today and have not cheated once,10lbs down.. Got to work and my first patient cancelled so popped into costa coffee, and I'm now sitting having medio skinny cuppacino... Just checked fitness app and I will still be under my 60g of carbs after adding everything im going to consume today, but now panicking as its my first " off plan"....
Was I ok to have this???
