I've gone as far as I want to go on LT, and am starting my re-feed tomorrow. I have planned all my menus for the coming week and am very excited!

I was just wondering if from day 4 (where it says you're allowed the skimmed milk products), does this include fat free cottage cheese? I will be mint chuffed if it does!
