hi all
i have started back following slimming world plan from monday and i actually feel like ive put weight on.. things that fit me at the beginning of the week are to tight just 4 days later!!
ive been really good and im just wondering if im doing somthing wrong!!
would you check my diary for me and point me in the right direction please!!!!!!
