Hi everyone, just wondering if someone could give me a bit of info please. I have about 2 stone to loose and would like to do lipotrim. Can you do it while eating one meal a day and if so is the weight loss a lot slower? many thanxs - sal x:D

Strictly speaking no. You can have two maintenence meals and a low-carb meal if you like, but Lipotrim 'proper' is a total food replacement programme.

Think you need to do the total food replacement to really benefit. With only two stone to lose, you would crack that in a few weeks on LT and then carefully refeed to mainain your loss.

as irish said above , if you do it completely it wont take you long, i lost 2 stone in 7 weeks, if you want food maybe you should look up a different type of diet hun, whatever you decide good luck hun xx
