Could somebody please help???

    I have found this recipe on the internet and wondered if someone would be kind enough to propoint it for me to see if its worth making:

    1 heaped cup of bran or bran cereal
    1 heaped cup caster sugar
    1 heaped cup mixed dried fruit
    1 cup of milk
    1 heaped cup of self-raising flour

    It sounds good and easy to make but haven't got my calc on me. Thanks in advance.

    I've worked on 30g of everything cos not sure what a cup is & 150ml milk & it's 13pp. Hope this helps x
