Is there anyway to purchase other than at your own group? ?

I always drop into another on my ten minute tea break. And the consultant is never there to switch me over to her group! Plus ten minutes just gives me time to weigh and run! !

Anyway I can purchase? ? Thanks in advance

Well you can weigh with your countdown at any group so would assume you can buy at any group.

You do have to buy a countdown from your home group. I would message your consultant I think she can move you without you being there she can just do it from her machine I think.

Hi Sorry for this post but had to comment that I really don't see the point in paying £50 for a countdown if you are justing going to weigh and run. You can just weigh at a boots and its a lot cheaper!!

I like going to class and I'm sure one will appear that fits into my schedule and has a friendly bunch I know I'll stay

    Right now I can't but I know I wouldn't last a week if I went it alone! !

Ask at the pay desk to be transferred to that group. The pay lady should know how to do it, and if she doesn't, she should ask the C to come and do it for you.

  9. Why isn't the consultant there? How can there be a group running without a consultant present?

From what I gather she's in and out of the sessions. I'm only there for 5 minutes! I saw her first time I went and said hello but we've not crossed paths since

I'll get in touch with old consultant see if she can switch me over

I get a countdown, or used to because i only have a couple of pounds to go to target now, because it was the most cost effective way to retain access to the SW online resources. To me they were more important than the class dynamic or consultant input and that is what I pay for. Although I like the consultant I actually got little from going to group and now go once every three or four weeks. So its not always just a case of might as well weigh at boots if you don't stay :)
  12. That seems odd to me. The consultant should be there all the time.

Works that way at my evening group but this is a large daytime group in two sessions

I'm not to question how she runs it! I just want to get my countdown lol

Rebekah, I take the money in for our group, the consultant is always meant to be there, I know this as my consultant said to me even if her eyes are popping out of her head she has to be there but maybe she is doing the newbie talk when your going in and out.

In relation to the countdown, my consultant does all that but I do know you can only do the countdown from the group you registered with when you joined first, I know this too as a lady wanted to buy the countdown but couldnt until she changed her group to the one she would be attending, hope this helps you and good luck with your countdown to Christmas
