L -mixed herb lettuce leaves, watercresd, cucumber, onions, beetroot, drained tin tuna in brine, mixed with onions, and spoonful of light choices saladcream.

D-beansprouts, onions, mushrooms, cooked in a stock cube, with chilli flakes, garlic.. home made egg fried rice with soy sauce, oyster sauce and 5 spice. Small side of chicken

Snacks mullerlight yoghurt, sugar free jelly from jelly sachet (split into 2 portions)

1ltr water, coffee and milk from allowance

Well im back, have also signed upto class, was 1lb off a stone but that was upto xmas, and im on a count down to hols again as its that time of the year.

This time im on the extra easy plan as opposed to the red and green. Just got the new year to go now
