I was just wondering what most of you guys do-eat simply smaller portions or strict counting.
I really want to lose some weight and I started to eat smaller portions of food. Do you think this is enough? Is it really necessary to count all the calories I am eating a day? I really think that this would be very annoying. Thanks for you opinions!
