    been reading this months women's running mag and there's a really good article on running and bmi, also one about how to stop your boobs sagging :p

    yes. press ups. :) the muscle will help support the saggy boobs and make them look better :):) nothing can really get rid of the sag it says but you can do things to make them look better.

    Weirdly, was looking at running mags today (didnt pluck up the courage to buy one, people would probably think I was buying it for a dare, I'm not exactly Paula Radcliffe!!) Got quite into running last year, trained for RFL, and ran the whole thing, but injured my ankle, and let it slide, worst thing I ever did. May start ramping it back up...

    ...food for thought!!
