Courgette and Rosemary couscous

280g Couscous
2 Courgettes (grated)
Lots of fresh rosemary (chopped)
340ml of Veg Stock

Put the couscous into a bowl with the courgettes and rosemary. Pour over the stock. Stir well. Cover the bowl tightly with cling film and leave for 10 minutes.
