Asda Spicy Vegetable Cous Cous, says on lifeline online Asda Spicy Vegetable Couscous, excluding oil, dried 100g cooked and then the syn value. It doesn't say on pack excluding oil?? Does this mean if oil is added when cooking?

No it doesn't say to add oil when cooking, though it does have veg oil included in the ingredients.

Hmm,very odd! Sometimes it says to add a drizzle of oil or it is optional to fry the cous cous in oil before cooking.
    Sorry, but I don't know!

Empty cous cous into sauce pan
    add 200ml of boiling water
stir and bring to the boil
    remove from the heat
cover and stand for 5 mins
return to the heat for 1 minute seperating the grains with a fork
check product is piping hot before serving.

Hmm. I think maybe the SW website says that for most packet cous cous mixes, I am fairly certain it says it for the Ainsley Harriot sort too.

Its the one thing I miss doing red days, Ainsleys Cous Cous. But once I hit target I am going to switch back to EE and fill my cous cous boots!
