I think i read that someone on here has used Almond Essence which i have....and love.....
anyone got any ideas for me...also i would prefer syn free......!!!!! or as little as poss

I made one with the recipe that is on this site and when it was done cooking and still hot, I pressed 3-4 dark chocolate chips into each piece (1/8 of a pie tin). It was good.
