Covent Garden 99cal soups

Hi!
I picked up the new little cartons of New Covent Garden 99 cal soups the other day. Got the tomato, red pepper, and pesto one and the vegetable one.

Just wondering if they have any free food allowance or if I should just go ahead and count them as 5 syns like you would with something else being around 100cals?

Just thought i would let you know you can use half a carton of the following as a HEB:

New Covent Garden Food Co
300g serving Carrott & Coriander Soup
300g serving Minestrone Soup
300g serving Plum Tomato & Basil Soup - My favourite!
300g serving Plum Tomato, Red Pepper, Courgette & Aubergine Soup
300g serving Root Vegetable Medley Soup

Hope this comes in handy!
