Hi all,

I am returning to help lose weight.

I had great success following Exante TS and then continuing with a Low Carb diet in 2014. This cumulated with me running a Marathon in May 2017. Since then I have let my eating & drinking get out of hand. I stopped running after the marathon and my weight has crept up over time.

2021 will see that change.

I have started to run again. short & slow to start. Currently 3 miles @ 11:18, a long way from my 8:09 10mile PB.

I have also started a Low carb diet using Exante shakes twice a day with a low carb, low cal, meal in the evening.

I found posting in here really helped last time so will be starting again. Not sure if I should just update my 2014 Diary or start a new one. Ideas anyone?

Thanks in advance I'm sure you will all help me along my return journey.

Hi, I would start a new diary as it's a new start. :)

Weight soon creeps up if you don't keep it in check.

Great you are back running and are you aiming to do a marathon again?

No, I really enjoyed all the half's I ran. But the marathon was just a step too far. Hoping to be back up to running 13.1 by the end of the year.
