Are crab sticks ok to eat? Maybe a bit late but after recovering from surgery ive decided to go lite for a week or two and had a crab stick tonight so i was wondering if id messed up already..
I don't think they are, something about them don't seem to be normal meat. Ask your councellor, but best thing to do really is to have only what is said in your book.
I bought a vegetable called a dudhi, it wasn't in my book, so I just leave it, better safe than sorry
