Which are the best options for SW?

I am going to have some cheese and crackers over Xmas as I LOVE cheese, and will have it as HEXA. Which are the best low syn crackers to go with it? Thanks!

Would any ryvitas hit the spot? I see they do lots of flavour variations now on the hexb list so you could have a variety and have as your hexb. Other than that I'd go for the lower calorie ones (water biscuits?) Over things like butter puffs, to keep syns low x

I have cheese with melba toast at half a syn per slice.

Carrs melts are lovely and feel like a real treat. The cheese ones were 1 syn each at time I had them, don't think they have changed.

Great ideas! I don't know what melba toast is but I am certainly going to look it up! Love Slimming World - you can still lose weight and enjoy Christmas treats.

Melba toast is great, I sometime eat these with low fat cheese spread and soup for lunch.

How about Cheese flavour crackerbreads - 1 syn each I think
