Cramps in my feet!

Does anyone else get cramps in their feet?? I got a bad one today in the supermarket, was hopping about like a lunatic!

drink more water , sometimes it can be a lack of salt too but you should be ok
not a nice feeling

I've a sore big toe in the last joint before the end today - not sure if it's diet related or poor work footwear x

Oh Owwwwww! i hate cramp hurts like hell, i remember first time i got it in my leg when i was a teenager i wanted to cry rolling around in bed at stupid am not knowing what was happening.

Come to think of it im still like that now haha

i get cramps all the time in my calves...in my feet and the latest is cramps in my inner thighs!!!! Ouuuuch!!!! Only happens when I'm sleeping tho... and i heard an old wives tale is to put wine bottle corks under ur mattress.... havent tried it yet but must get a few!!
