Craving ice cream but have no fat free fromage frais - what can I use instead?

Evening all. I'm craving ice cream and have a small ice cream maker ready to go, but all the SW recipes I see use a mixture of low fat yogurt & fat free fromage frais - I only have mullerlight, fat free greek yougurt and quark
Anyone ever made ice cream with yogurt & quark instead of FFFF?
