I'd find out the syns so that I don't go over.Best prepared. Sometimes if it's that bad I just don't want it anymore.Visualise it as a lump of greasy slimy fat floating in cold dishwater-that can help especially if you try to smell it as well-YUK!!!

I've been craving a fresh cream Belgian bun for two days!!!
Not really got a sweet tooth usually so don't know where this has come from!

It's driving me mad!
Try making yourself an Options drink. I find that works for me.

Eeeek I hate it when you get those cravings over days.

I do NOT have a sweet tooth at all, but I regularly get cravings for, and I'm almost scared to type it in case it gives me another craving, but it's millionaire's shortbread...:gimi:

Would you be able to get the bun and share it with someone?

I've never had a sweet tooth, yet since SW I find I have wanted more than ever - including childhood!

I like the quick-fix of HIFI Bars.
