I write them down. I figure if I write it down and get it out of my head then I wont think about it anymore. Plus its funny to look back on, something I craved 3 days ago I havent given a thought to today. I used to always give in to my cravings so to look at this list I just think, I could have eaten all of that! But I haven't and I'm still alive.
