Hello all,

I am approaching week 2 on sole source plus and I am having the most intense craving for salt especially ready salted crisps. I feel that my body really needs them! :eek: Even considered putting a litte table salt on my tongue (yuck in the world of 'normal'). :argh:

I have had the usual, think I should be eating feeling but I am able to overcome that with redirection and distraction but this urge for crisps/salt is sooooooo hard. :sigh:

Any tips? Any one else feel like this?

Hoya try the veg drink flavouring it's like a stock type drink but soooooo salty I go through a live hate relationship with it right now I've run out but in hating it lol

Isn't it possible to make "crisps" by microwaving the soup mix?
