Hello all,
I am approaching week 2 on sole source plus and I am having the most intense craving for salt especially ready salted crisps. I feel that my body really needs them! Even considered putting a litte table salt on my tongue (yuck in the world of 'normal'). :argh:
I have had the usual, think I should be eating feeling but I am able to overcome that with redirection and distraction but this urge for crisps/salt is sooooooo hard. :sigh:
Any tips? Any one else feel like this?
