Cream alternative?

Mmmm...cashew cream sounds lovely!

Hi Cjeb - I would go for (my favourite) yoghurt mixed with lemon curd and meringue shell. It goes quite thick so would hold together inside a roulade I reckon. Or save some syns by leaving out the lemon curd and adding raspberries and meringue.

So there is someone else around like me then hurray!!!! I dont like the quark and chocolate options mix either, no matter how much sweetener I put in it, it still tastes sour to me, specially with chocolate! I usually just use a small squirt of anchor light cream I think its one syn per 12.5 grams and thats quite a lot. If I have S W cake I just cut a piece off and squirt the cream on the side of the plate.
