    OMG - made Oriental Chilli crisps tonight and they were yummmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    how the heck did you do em??? I tried this with chicken and mushroom last week and I was almost sick....(sorry if too much info.)

    It was just like a powdery glupy mess.

    Glad you enjoyed yours, wish I could make em properly. Gonna try a muffin soon.

    Hi S-J :wave_cry:

    I got really good non-stick baking paper from Sainsburys and spread the blobs as thin as possible. First lot were a bit squishy but just kept doing them in 10 second intervals till they went crispy - they were lush!!!! :D Will definitely be making them again - think I'll try Spicy Tomato next!!!

    Good luck with the muffin - let me know how it turns out.
