I tried making this earlier, to see if it made kale a little less bitter. It was a bit random but inoffensive - and a good way to eat more green veg (although not sure how nutritious it is roasted). It was nice and crispy to eat whilst watching tv though
*chop pieces of kale (remove the stems, just the leaves) cover in a little oil and salt and pepper, place on a baking tray and cook on 160C for approx 10-15 minutes.
