Cross Trainer, tracking the burn

Managed 30 minutes tonight and burned 320 calories, I haven't been perfect this weekend with the amount of junk I've ate (although I am under my calorie intake) so it's given me the extra push tonight.

Roll on weigh in day tomorrow.
 
how did your WI go, g-man?

I missed my exercise yesterday cos i had a guest the day before who ended up staying overnight and then i didn't want to exercise infront of them.

I did however exercise today, and will try and do so again tomorrow to catch up if i'm not aching too much.

303 calories burnt today in 30 minutes (back down to 30, 35 is just that bit too much!)
