Anyone have any idea how many syns would be in croutons? I know it would depend on the make, ingredients, etc, but just a rough estimate? The croutons I bought a few weeks ago were approx 2 grams each, so I make a point of counting how many I put in my salad... They are LOVELY but have only had 11 over the past 4 days 
not knowing their syns and all... If it helps, they're the ones in the blue and silver foil packet (can't remember the make off the top of my head) and only available in Sainsbury's as far as I know...
Bit of a wishy washy post, lol, but any help would be greatly appreciated xxx
