I am one week into LT with a little bit of cheating...bbq on sunday night. But have still managed to lose 10 pounds. Lost a stone prior to Lipotrim on weight watchers but couldn't manage to shift much more as have been on and off crutches since the beginning of the year. I am still unable to exercise now as just beginning to reach the possibility of walking but does anyone know if exercise makes a big difference to the LT weight loss? I would love to lose 3-4 stone as quickly as possible and have been told this should take 4 months. I have never lasted longer than 3 weeks on LT but 3 members of my family have been successful on it so I'm hoping I can stick to it for the next few months.
