It's my DD's first birthday and her christening soon, and i'm intending to make her a birthday cake, just a plain sponge, and also want to make cupcakes. Does anyone know of a low syn recipe that means i'll be able to enjoy them too? Can i substitute sugar for splenda, say? And what about icing - any idea how many (millions) of syns are in a tyically iced cupcake?
