Curious weight gain after shower

I've just been for a shower and weighed myself before and after and had gained 4 lbs how can that be have never noticed it before and am curious anyone else ever noticed that ??

Wet hair? Dodgey scales? (Mine add 4lbs the first time I get on them. If I get off, wait for the display to reset to zero and try again it weighs true. Bit of a pain but serves me right for weighing between weigh ins!)

I know snap having scales in the house are the worst things ever !!! I'm kicking myself as I had a baguette earlier in a moment off weakness and I'm thinking omg it's made me gain that weight!!! Even though I know it's not lol !!! Crikey things we do !!!

It becomes an obsession, there were days were I wouldn't even put my hair in a clip for fear that would increase the weight!!!!!
