Cycling is fun and lots of people find exercising boring so a good tip, heres another good tip for people who unfit or very overweight and thats swimming.

Of course you need to be able to swim but unlike other forms of exercise swimming let the heart pump on a horizontal plane therefore making it easier as it does not have to work against gravity.

I've got an exercise bike that had been gathering dust, but pleased to say that I have started to use it. Now when I say that, I mean for 10 minutes at a time!! LOL! Musn't put myself down though, coz thats 10 minutes more than I had been doing I suppose. And last night I did a whole 15 minutes!! Makes my bum hurt though - wouldn't think so with all that padding would ya!:greenapple:
