Wow, 20 lengths is great! I would only be able to manage a few!

I go gym now 3 times a week and you do feel better for exercising. I'm sure it helps the weight loss too, as any exercise would.

Keep it up, you will reap the benefits.

Hahah I dont know where the heck it came from... But this is the first ive bothered doing other than walking the doggy, and im on week 4!! lol
Well done and def worth keeping it up. I only started exercising last week as had mixed feelings on whether to exercise due to the whole debate of muscle weighing heavier than fat but it is worth it to keep you toned. My weigh in was much better this week too so i think exercising will really help. x

Lol Im gona go swimming just to get my general fitness up and then hopefully start jogging and stuff in the summer :)

I hate walking in the winter, And theres a beautiful contry park here that i love to take charlie too but in the winter it is impossible to walk in, so Im looking forward to hopefully running him round there :)
