I had my last shake of the day a couple of hours ago. I feeling a little hungry with terrible cravings but hey!! It's expected.

B- Vegetable soup
L- Fruits of forest shake
D- Maple and pecan porridge

End of day. Chilled out today considering the terrible weather.

Had my last shake about 45 minutes ago. Really challenging day today. I was soo tired and craving sugar but as usual cheating isn't a option.

About to enjoy my last shake. Less hunger today and I think it's due to be being less tired compared to yesterday.

Cheating isn't an option anymore. I focus on completing WEEKS rather than WEIGHT because unknown I will lose as long as I complete each week clean.

I'm still struggling, one gd day one bad but decided from now on that's it I'm doing 100%! That's so inspiring to see that u've done it for so long & stuck to it & also gd to know its now a life style, am looking forward to when it become normal, lol!

Take it a day at a time. Focus on weeks not weight. It will get easier and you will lose weight as long as you're 100%.

I'm actually going away after my week 5 weigh in next week for 3 weeks and I am so happy that its a lifestyle since I won't see my CWPC for 21 whole days :)

I had a lush:) day today. I'm so pleased with my new lifestyle. I decided to make 8.5 stone my goal rather than 9 stone.
I know I will maintain round 8.7-10 stone so 35 lbs more to lose :)
