Long long day and forgot to have a shake so had to improvise immediately. But that's life and getting used to ups and downs with our food x

About to enjoy my last shake. Not very hinges today since I am so so tired. Will make sure I sleep properly tonight.

Had a good day today regardless the terrible heat rash all over my forehead.

TOTM today and stayed in bed nearly all day. I think I will feel better by tomorrow if I manage to get any sleep.

My last weigh in was a week ago and I was 10.9 st. I won't be having a weigh in until 16th now since I'm away. I want to get to 10 st by my next weigh in for week 8. So far lost 24 lbs in 6 weeks.

My only issue is my skin is breaking out badly. Hope it clears soon. It's quite bad.

How are you getting on?
 
Exhausted today but ok. Swimming and chilling helps.

Nausea is all i can describe today as but I'm feeling a lot better. I'm not sure if I'm losing weight though but know that consistency will yield great results.

I had a much better day today even though I'm still a little hungry but hey!!! it's expected. I think my skin is clearing up a little. This detox symptoms are killing me :(
