Step 1 Sole Source Daily Diary

Today was busy so the usual time for my shake varied and I'm so exhausted cant wait to for my pillow.

N- Maple and pecan porridge
L- Oriental chilli soup
D- Apple and cinnamon porridge

Water - 4 litres xxx :):)
 
I find I get really out of sorts if my shakes/soup aren't at the right time...just feels wrong now! X
 
Long tiring day today but still have to go out later who h funny enough in looking forward to it :)

Much better day today. Went shopping and I can actually see how my body has shrunk which shows how being consistence pays off :)

About to enjoy my last shake. A little hunger today but nothing too severe. Maybe even due to introducing protein so might up it a little soon x

End of the day. A little long but luckily took a power nap in the day which helped.

End of another day which I think flew by. I had all soups today. I think since its my last days on the lifestyle the days can seem to drag a little.

I think I have close to 5 litres of water a day due to the size of my mug and quantity of water I use.
