Daily Morning WI

I've decided to go by my scales as I weigh myself first thing and the time varies with my CDC I think mine is probably a better measure of the trend... And my CDC agreed!
 
- 0.2lbs. So down to 244.8.

At least Im down to 17st and a half!

I can remember being 18ish in Sep of 2009!

Hoefully a better loss tomorrow

Im losing faith in my weightloss. Lately, coming to the end of week 5, my losses have been fantastic. But when u think about it, I probably weigh myself dehydrated after I go for a wee :p But still, losing 1lb cant just be water, can it?

However Ive seen people with large losses of 8+ lbs before?
 
I thought I was the only one who did this. Will add my weight in the morning :)

According to my scales i am 11'4 this morning, yesterday I was 11'5.... however, official weigh in tonight so we shall see!
 
I weighed in at 17st 1lb this morning. Was 17st 2lbs yesterday morning.

I have my weigh in tomorrow morning :)
 
weighed in this morning at my CDC at 16st 11lbs :)
 
today im 120.2 lbs, which means even though sticking ridgidly to the plan I have gained 1 lbs since last week. So thats + 1lbs. I think my loss from the lest 3 weeks is about 3 lbs. So since I have an expensive holiday coming up I have decided for this week to do the 1000 cal plan and from next week to do calorie counting and a ridgid exercise plan.

I will try to loose weight, however since im on 450 cal at the moment on cambridge and not loosing weight Im not sure if Ill lose weight on the 1000 plan. Wish me luck.
