today im 120.2 lbs, which means even though sticking ridgidly to the plan I have gained 1 lbs since last week. So thats + 1lbs. I think my loss from the lest 3 weeks is about 3 lbs. So since I have an expensive holiday coming up I have decided for this week to do the 1000 cal plan and from next week to do calorie counting and a ridgid exercise plan.
I will try to loose weight, however since im on 450 cal at the moment on cambridge and not loosing weight Im not sure if Ill lose weight on the 1000 plan. Wish me luck.
