goodmorning all. well weighed this morning and back up abit miffed but then i did have 100g chicken breast and half a courgette for dinner and the day before just totally shakes so hoping it could be just that and i will drop it again in the next few days.i really wanna lose at least 3lbs a week that would mean 33 lbs before i go away which would be great.anyway gonna stick with it.i do feel like maybe im abit bloated due to it being warmer even tho i drank alot yest i think i need to try and drink more.well good luck everyone xxx

ive been weighing daily even though the plan was to do it weekly but ive not moved since the 20th, in fact ive got UP 3 quarters of a lb

im so fed up,

im stuck around 12stone 1 and just want to get into the 11 stones :(

This diet is amazing, i have already lost 10% of the total amount I am aiming to lose!! Bye Bye 20st, I will NEVER see you again.

Everyone reaches a lull now and again, keep going - I have a bad habit of giving up when this happens which is just letting myself down. Youve done such an amazing job so far, it will start again for you.

What I'm noticing is that the closer you are to what your body 'perceives' as its "normal weight" and not necessarily your "ideal weight" (what you'd like to be/what BMI says - if you're into that sort of thing), the losses seem to slow down.

I haven't seen anyone on the other side of 15 stone stalling unless they're cheating or taking in citric acid and things like that unawares.

I've got just over a stone to get to the weight I'd like to be (although BMI will classify me as obese or whatever!)
and I've been stuck at 12 st 2lbs for 6 days now. Last month I spent 23 days stuck at 12 st 12 and then spent a week wooshing. So hang in there, it will come off eventually :)
 
Had a really busy day yesterday so couldnt post. Yesterday was my weigh in and i lost 3lbs and really hoping i can get into the 14s before the end of this month x

Personally weighing everyday in my opinion is the worse thing you can do as you cant always lose every day and therefore you will just depress yourself. I don't even like getting weighed weekly, the less I weigh the better I stick to the plan.
