Well heres my new weightloss diary. Trying Discover to see if i can have sucsess twice with it. Lost 3.7 stone last year with Exante but couldnt get back into it so here i am. Going to take it a day at a time and see how i get on. Im allowed 26 points a day. Any hints, tips and suggestions gratefully recieved.

Yesterdays food is as follows:

B: 50g Vitality -3
1/2 pt skim milk - 1

L: Heinz Tom Soup - 4
2 Asda Danish - 2
Kitkat - 2.5
French Fries - 1

D: 6 Birds Eye mini waffles - 6
3 frozen skinless thin richmond sausages - 3
Asda tin spaghetti - 1

S: Snack a Jacks x 2 - 1
Alpen light bar - 1


25.5 used - .5 carried over as couldnt find anything to use it on!


Will add todays food once i've eaten it!
 
Havn't uploaded yesterdays grub cos as of 9pm everything went right out of the window! Thing is i dont have the pressure of meetings so i know i can back on track and mark it down as a blip. Thing is i've learnt something, i need to save a couple more points for when my daughter goes to bed and i get me time. This way i can have pointed treats without going nuts with it. I shall live and learn!

Weigh in tomorrow but not holding out for a great loss due to my illness the past few days. Will take whatever i get though.
 
Hi, i replied on one of your posts the other day and thought i would see how you are doing? I am going to get weighed each week to keep me going as if i don't have someone to weigh in each week i give up! xx
 
Hi Razzle, im doing fine now thanks. Felt like id been put through a mangle with that bug though :( Do whatever you feels best to keep yourself going hun. Dietings difficult enough without adding our own challenges.

Havn't added food for the weekend as i dont follow the plan over the weekiend. Im still behaving just not completely sticking with my points. Seems to be working for me as im 100% through the week. My version of 5 on and 2 off i suppose. Will update later....
