Dale Farm Spelga yogurts

Hi has anyone any idea if these yogurts are free or not? They are low fat Dale Farm Spelga, an Irish brand so hard to get info on

The low fat spelga yogurts are not syn free but I think the new spelga fat free ones are supposed to be syn free.

I haven't had them but always did wonder about the low fat spelga ones when I seen them.

I took the nutritional info from MFP so just double check if you get them. I think the low fat ones were around 3 syns and fat free are free. But double check incase I'm wrong!!

I got a 4 pack today of the 0% fat spelga yogurts. It has 2 strawberry, 1 peach melba and 1 vanilla with dark choc pieces. I put the nutritional info through the syns calculator. Strawberry and vanilla are 0 syns but the peach melba comes up as 1 syn!! Haven't tasted any yet!

I made a mistake!! strawberry and peach are syn free and the vanilla and choc sprinkles is 1 syn! I was eating it and thought it was too nice to be syn free so checked again!
