Danielle's Dukan Diary- Attack

So today is second day and so far so good. I have about 21lb of baby weight to lose and seen as my little boy is 18 months old I need to get on with it. Never done Dukan before so please feel free to guide me in the right direction.

Day 1

Breakfast- nothing
lunch- half roast chicken from tesco (skin removed), 0% total yoghurt with sweetener and vanilla extract
Dinner- Smoked mackeral fillets and oat bran porridge with semi skimmed milk
Snacks- Prawns

Day 2
Breakfast- Oat bran porridge with semi skimmed milk
Lunch- half roast chicken(skin removed) with cottage cheese and ww yoghurt
Dinner- prawns, smoked mackeral fillet and quark with sweetener and cocoa
Snack- packet of ham (2.5% fat)
 
Packet ham and cocoa isn't allowed on attack
Ham isn't great at all, but when you get to cruise it's ok if your desperate
Cocoa is tolerated on cruise which means you can have a tablespoon a day but again just watch is doesn't cause you any problems
Everything else looks great though
Make sure you drink loads of water to get rid of the salt in the ham

Ooh thanks for that I didnt realise. Only used ham to get rid of it out my fridge and wasnt fussed on the cocoa anyways.

Got some sugar free jelly... Is that OK on attack?

Sorry to ask but only got book yesterday so only skimmed through it.

Sf jelly is amazing so eat away
It's really nice blitzed up with fat free yogurt and then set in the fridge, it's like mouse
Ask anything u like Hun someone on here usually has the answer
You will love attack the end results are always brill xx
 
Thank you I'm heading for the jelly as we speak, think it will be a lifesaver for me as I have such a sweet tooth.

Day 3 and felt hungry todayquite a bit, I know there is no need to go hungry but I was in work and not in a position to snack all day.

B- oat bran porridge with skimmed milk and sweetener
L- Seafood selection (prawns, muscels squid) smoked mackerel, 0% total greek yoghurt with sf jelly crystals.
D- 2 boiled eggs, quark, jelly and ww toffee yoghurt

Water-2 litres

No snacks today but admittedly i did lick one of my little boys toast soldiers!!!

End of day 4 and 4lbs lost already. I am loving this diet! Foods a bit repetative but think i might make some of the reciepes this weekend.

No snacks
Water 1.5litres.
