Helloooooo,

So, ive been messing around for ages trying to find the 'right method' of shedding the weight but end up going round and around in circles and ended back at calorie counting.
My thinking is we must have to create a calorie deficit to lose fat regardless of what diet you are following so i've at last made a decision. I don't want to have to eliminate anything from my diet and will still look forward to my chocolate treat daily and foods that i love eating, just less of them.

I'm currently at 12st 6lb and would love to get to 9.7. I'm 5ft 5 so this would be just right.

I should really exercise but i hate it so might have to see how i go with that one!

This is going to be an epic journey, i can just feel it!!
