So I'm new here *HI ALL*
I've been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember now, and I just end up putting on more than I lost. Bad times. I am giving it another shot though and trying to do it properly. I'm not going to SW meetings 'cause with no job and studying hard through my final year, time and money are just not on my side right now but I am following online!
Anywho, I wasn't even trying to lose weight and I managed to lose 14-16 lbs (I'd say about 6 lbs were lost through illness and not being able to eat) and I gained 5/6lbs afterwards. (Fair play - A girls gotta eat!
) I have stayed the same for the past two weeks which isn't bad considering it's been over the Christmas and New Year period!
I started following SW properly yesterday and to be honest it hasn't been that bad! I thought I'd have crazy hunger pangs and feel deprived of food etc.
I don't know how i'm doing so far as i'm trying NOT to get on the scales at every opportunity, but i'll keep you updated every week!

p.s. I'd really appreciate any tips on what kind of exercise to start with, and tips for times when I may be struggling and demotivated.
