Oh my god!!!

Here we go again, it's my day one for about the 50th time.

I am trying again and i have got myself more organised. I have written my 'lists'!

Why am i doing this! What can i achieve! Who do i want to 'show'! etc

Hoping in my moments of weakness i can look at this and keep going.

Anyway, will post later no doubt and good luck to anyone else starting today

My day 1 too

I have been doing this for ages too, restarts are like a daily occurance! If you want some support Im there!

you can do it just go to bed as early as u can let the first day pass then youll be on the road lots of good vibes sending u xx
 
Good luck. If it was easy we'd all be slim all the time wouldn't we.
I'm on day 2 and feeling rough now- I'm hoping day 3 or 4 it will improve,
It's a good idea about going to bed early. Or have a bath. In fact anything not in the kitchen!
