Day 1 1000 Plan

    Wow, never ever thought an orange would taste so nice.

    I'm now on the 1000 plan which looks fantastic so far although I really need to work on spacing meals out, I had a huge 'tea' and think that rather than have something so big I'll add a bit to a smaller lunch salad.

    Fruit is fantastic, can't believe how lovely healthy food really does taste. I've still got some strawberries and my cd bar left to scoff and it's great. I'm loving seeing all the colours in my fridge, it's bursting with goodness.

    Last week on my second week of 790 I had too much milk, large portions and probably had about 1200 cals so stayed the same, put that with a serious lack of bowel movement and only 3 ltrs a day and that's why.

    Got some lovely new digital scales and am doing 1000 totally from them, no more guessing with a big spoon for my cottage cheese hee hee.

    Off now, looking forward to planning what's got to be chopped up tomorrow hee hee, the oranges are calling me hee hee xx
