Thanks everyone,

Rach I don't have the hairy bikers book but have placed order for a couple of low carb ones & a couple of real life weight loss success books. Anything to read & keep me on track.

Today I tried the golden veg water flavouring and it was quite nice, in fact it made me almost forget my 3rd product as I felt as though I had something,

Another 100% SS day ( 15 days so far )

Start weight 2 weeks ago 16.13
Current weight 15.11

Super happy with that, my 3rd weigh in has never been a big one previously so I'm going to say I will be happy with 3 lb off next week, it's just short of 3 weeks till the party in Glasgow, I could potentially be skirting around getting into the 14's which would be amazing.

I'm loving this :) this is why I came back to CWP, it's a no brainer for me, 3 products per day and boosh the weight is gone lol long may it continue !

Not sure if I posted pics earlier & can't see at the mo but next weeks " food "

Trying to have my hot choc in a nicer cup to make it feel more of a treat :)

I'm trying to use creative ways to make products more special even if it is just a nicer cup lol

Nothing else to post for today but once again thank you all for your continued support, your all super fab and most certainly make this so much easier :)

I did look but couldn't find it :)

Looking forward to reading it.

Last time I read The Beck solution or at least that's what I think it was called and another called think yourself thin ?

The beck solution was to hard going for me if I'm honest.
Bit gutted Cambridge no longer do their magazines as they are inspirational and easy to read :)
May ask CDC if she can get back copies :)

Angel it's great to see you back here and doing brilliantly! I loved reading your post above and I don't think you at rambling at all. Makes absolute sense to me about when we bring food on the equation it makes it harder than the simple approach of 4 or 4 vlcd products and water. It hard bit simple and it's the simplicity than we like as we know it works.

Hope me you have a good official weigh in today and I look forward to following you again on your journey. Your planning is great and sounds to me you are very determined. X

Oh Angel, you are IN THE ZONE! I love your focus for now and for later - I totally agree that this is the easy bit - it's the steps and more importantly, maintenance that are key. I have also been buying low carb books, and i've got a current addiction to food mags. I love cooking anyhow, so I am always looking for new recipes. At the moment, not having to worry about the carb content and fat, I am cooking lots of lovely foods. I am constantly thinking about how I could adapt it so that I can eat it moving forward. I know that carbs play a huge part in my weight gain. Being allowed all the carbs on SW EE did not work for me - I could happily eat them all day long (and I did!)

I can't wait to be onto the next step and progressing with this. I was talking to someone yesterday and I was saying that the benefit of this type of diet is that the weight comes off quickly - so much so that you stay motivated and then start on the next start of the diet - rather than planning it, but never actually getting there (like I did with Dukan, SW...) I actually feel like there is an end in sight rather than just the endless dieting and never getting there!

Hi Kira, great to see you :) :) :) ( super happy Kat )

I guess I always knew I would be back when the time was right, its just a pitty its taken so long but no point in doing this if your hearts not in it. Feeling tip top again and 1000% in The zone.

How you doing my dear ? Will see if you have a diary and catch up x x x x

FlickG, I always hear people say how unhealthy this plan is but we get 100% of what we need but WW, SW etc you can use points and sins to eat crap ( which is what most people do on those plans ) I agree about the carbs on SW, but will look at their protein day foods for further down the line. It's a hard choice to think which way we will be best to maintain and it could be trial and error for a while until we find something which works for us.
Moving up the steps terrified me last time as that is when I lose control . . . . . .
The main thing I'm going to try to do is " think like a thin person " I have many many friends who have nice figures, if they have a " naughty day " they automatically cut back a few days, they do it almost subconsciously and to them that's completely normal they don't even think about it, its just in their nature, where as if I have a bad day it leads to another bad day and the vicious cycle starts. I need to train myself to think thin.

I seriously think I will have some kind of hypnotherapy it certainly can't do me any harm so I've found one in my home town which I will look into so I'm prepared for when I'm ready for that.

You will have a great week this week x x x

I know exactly what you mean Angel about hypnotherapy - i've considered it in the past, and wouldn't say no to it now - it's the cost at the moment... I'm going to adopt the target range weighing daily but taking my Monday weight as my "real" weight every week - eg, the one that I will record and act on if necessary to do so. Plus, I am planning to do this reverse 5:2 - 5 good days and two days I am allowed a treat per week. Again - as you've said, it's important to allow these, but to moderate them and work up to them by being good, and away from them by being good too - not allowing an upward curve, just allowing a brief peak before a downward slope again. :)

On SW I had to minus out bread and pasta not only did it reduce or stall my losses I found it bloated me so much that I couldn't sleep well at night and I also looked like I was 9 month pregnant! After dropping the bread and pasta I lost 2lbs every week. Last time the losses that I got from Exante gave me the motivation to carry on losing more weight on SW, I just hope its the case this time too at the end of my 12 weeks x

I'm thinking of doing hypnotherapy too for my fear of driving, I really need to learn to drive x
