Day 1- again. So hungry

I'm so so hungry I want to cave in so bad,

I have got a shake to have now so I will get that down and try "stuff" myself with water.

Anyone else struggling ?? Need some help xxx

You gotta get through these first four days and once in ketosis you'll forget that hunger feeling..

Stay strong & just keep drinking water.. Do something to preoccupy you..

It's all in the mind!
