    Hi everyone, back on it again :( But this is the last time, I WILL DO IT :) Anyway I am just so pleased to have finished day 1. I always find the first few days hard. Anyone else just starting who would like to buddy up and keep motivated?

    Hello, I'm a cambridge returner too, back after having a baby, hoping to lose a decent amount this time :)

    I'm just finishing day 2 - forgot how hard these first few days are haha !! Good luck on your weight loss :)

    Hi I'm also a returner! My 2nd time I'm starting tomorrow dreading the first few days but I've cut out my carbs over last 2 days to try and help me lol.

    We can do it !!! Lol :) Day 2 for me now and just cooking the dinner :eek: and drinking my shake at same time:) Had a really bad headache today and was quite hungry but just took my paracetamol and drank loads of water. I am sooooooooo bad at weighing everyday but I find it keeps me motivated in the first week. Am so looking forward to getting to day 3 haven't had the willpower to do that for ages. Hope u r all having a good day ;)

    Have been drinking loads of water :) And running to the loo a lot, must have added at least an extra 1000 steps up and down the stairs!!!!

    I'm back too, Day 1 almost complete, banging headache for the last 2 days, hopefully gone by tomorrow.

    Just started for the first time yesterday, going OK so far, trying not to think about food too much but its hard, any help on how to make the porridge and soups taste better?? thanks :)

    I'm restarting too. I started on Monday, so I'm on day 3, today's been really hard, been feeling dizzy all day and STARVING lol, hopefully tomorrow will be better!!

    But on another note there was a mine party in work today and I didn't eat any of the food, even though it was on my desk!! **happy dance**

    Good luck everyone, if we stick together we can do it :)

    I am returning after a short two week break from the diet during the festive season and finding it hard to get remotivated! Day 4 at the moment and have been hungry non-stop!

    Day 3 for me....
    Yesterday I had the headache, but today i feel so good and no hunger at all!

    There was a buffet lunch in the office today, the food looked amazing, prawn tempuras, sausage rolls, chicken bite things ...... took 1 look at it then went to make my Oriental Chilli Soup :D

    I'm on day 3 and into ketosis, I do feel hungry but water and keeping busy makes me forget about it.

    I started on Wednesday, on Monday and Tuesday I had virtually zero carbs and no sugar (meat, eggs, cheese) and by the start of day 2 I was in ketosis.

    I have a countdown timer on my phone for the end of 12 weeks when I can eat again, looking forward to week 3 and havingthe bars. The last time I did the diet porridge wasn't part of the diet, at least with this and the bars I will hopefully get around missing chewing on food!

    To be honest I do find this relatively easy, to me coming off the diet and being able to eat food causes me issues and weight gain. I seem to have strong willpower for this and none for eating healthy food.

    Well done to you.
    I'm the same, with this I'm 100% determined and focused once I'm off it I just eat the wrong things and gain so quickly. . I've not made it to 12 weeks on any diet before so I'm hoping to reeducate myself a bit!
